1. About The Badge Room
The Badge Room is a trading name of Teeznthreadz Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13804692. Our registered office is 18 Linton Close, Winyates East, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0NA, United Kingdom.
2. Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and apparent size can vary between screens, so measurements shown on the product page should be used as the guide.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item.
3. Placing an order
You can review and correct your basket before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received it; the contract is accepted when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, delivery is not available to the address supplied or fraud prevention checks are not passed. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are calculated from the parcel weight and destination and will be shown before you commit to pay. The checkout button will make clear when placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment-card details.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Available services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.
We will deliver within the period agreed at checkout and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days. Contact us if a parcel is late, damaged or appears lost.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Important details, exceptions and return instructions are set out on our delivery, cancellation and returns page.
These terms do not reduce your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
7. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete and accurate payment, contact and delivery information. You are responsible for checking that an item is suitable for its intended use and for following any product-care instructions.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you purchase as a consumer. If events outside our reasonable control delay an order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay.
9. Website use and intellectual property
The Badge Room name, site design, written content and original photography may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
10. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
